SOLITUDE
Solitude is the state of being alone without being feeling lonely. People sometimes misunderstand solitude as loneliness. But there is a big difference between the two. Loneliness is in a negative state, marked by sense of isolation where one feels something is missing.
While Solitude is a positive and constructive state of engagement with oneself.
Solitude frees up the mind from the distractions of daily life and allows one to focus fully on one thing.
We should set aside at least 10 minutes daily for ourselves. Observe your thoughts and see what happens.
Silence and Solitude can be highly beneficial for our mental health, creativity and productivity.
But too much time alone is bad for our physical health. Studies show that more of social isolation can increase the mortality rate by 30%.
However, we have to maintain a balance between Solitude and Social life. Both are equally important to balance our life.

The Power Of Negative Emotions !!
People say that we should be positive in our thoughts and actions. That's true, because like attracts like . Positive behavior will attract positive situations for us.
While negative emotions attract more of the same situations for us.
But now, people often say, " We know that we should not be negative , but unknowingly we fall prey to negative situations and hence negative emotions. How should we deal with it ?"
Here I would like to point out that a negative emotion is much more powerful than we have ever thought, and it takes all over our mind. We constantly keep thinking about it, and fall in the vicious circle of thoughts. So, Instead of trying to fight with these thoughts, we need to use them as weapon to transform our life.
Negative Emotions bring in lot of will-power into us. Put all your energies and determination (which generally comes with negative emotions like anger, hate, fear) into what you are passionate about. Keep yourself super busy in chasing your goal(you have to show yourself and others who didn't believe you, that you are something). You will be amazed to see the results.
At the end, you will automatically be out of the negative emotions and see yourself as a completely different person altogether.

WILL POWER
What is Will Power ? Its a blend of Belief, Determination and Inner Strength -
- Belief - In Self
- Determination - to overcome any adverse situation
- Inner Strength - the fuel that keeps burning inside and gives power
Not everyone has equal amount of willpower. It is actually the willingness power. The Inner power that can overcome all obstacles. Its all in the mind - our attitude towards things, its how you look at things. currently we are using only 1% of our mind power, if we start using our fore mental capacity, we will be blown over to see its tremendous power.
One can develop one's willpower by constantly affirming positive thoughts to oneself.
- Believe in your strengths
- Work on your weaknesses

VALUE THE PEOPLE WHEN THEY ARE AROUND YOU !!
I often remember this heart touching song " Na jaane kyu, hota hai ye jindagi ke saath, achanak ye mann kisi ke jaane ke baad, kare fir uski yaad, choti choti si baat...... Na jaane kyu......"
Strange na!! we always tend to ignore what we have with us and keep running after something we don't have. Be it material things or be it the people who are along with us.
Remember - material things once gone can be purchased again, while the people once gone will never come back to us. Here we go!! one of the most important lesson of a person's life......."Value the people when they are around you, else they will silently walk out of your life, and you can never see them back again."
Everyone wants to feel valued and connected to others. Everything we do is to seek approval and be perceived as valuable. We gravitate towards people and things that make us feel valuable. But are we ready to give the same respect and love to our near-dear ones , which we want for ourselves? We always want our share of happiness, knowingly or unknowingly, without caring for the comfort of others.
Its human nature. We spend our precious time lamenting over and running after something we don't have. But we don't realize, that, what we have is something people long for!! In fact everyone is special and has something valuable which others don't have. There is an Indian saying - "Saamne wale ki thali mei ghee hamesha jyaada lagta hai..." In other words, "Grass is always greener on the other side".
Please think - Our Parents, our in laws, our siblings, our close friends and our well-wishers - All of them are a very important part of our life. While running the rat race .... remember to love them and tell them how much you value their presence in your life.
Learn and Practice the art of Gratitude!! Dear God, I thank you for all what you have given to me- a healthy body, a beautiful childhood, my loving and caring parents, my siblings , a growing career and so on.... the list is endless...
Instead of complaining what you don't have, enjoy what you have and spend time with your dear ones.
Live Life to the fullest !! Enjoy .......
